Reservations Policies
The deadline to RSVP is noon the Wednesday before each event. Reservations are only held with credit card number. If you hold a permanent reservation you’ll still need to call in your food order. Because we are billed based on our reservations no shows will be charged the full amount for the event.
Walk-Ins
We are always delighted to have you join us if you walk-in without a reservation, but we may not have food for you unless there is a no-show. Advance reservations or permanent reservations are the best way to secure your reservation at the monthly programs!
Guests/ Eligible Members
Guests of KOSC members or eligible members are always welcome to join us. Check out the current event info here for pricing information. The same policies regarding reservations and walk-ins apply.
Permanant Reservations
You may request a permanent reservation at any time throughout the year which expires after the May event each year and needs to be renewed in the fall. Those with permanent reservations automatically have reservations for ALL events and will be charged unless they call the Reservations Chair and cancel by the RSVP date.
Cancellation Policy
Because we are billed based on reservations we need to charge for any no-shows and those canceling after the RSVP date. Although we may have walk ins that could take your spot this isn’t a guaranteed thing.
